Five Finger Death Punch's Zoltan Bathory about new album: "It's more faster and mid-tempo songs"

Five Finger Death Punch guitarist Zoltan Bathory was recently interviewed by Billboard and tlaked about new album "Got Your Six". You can read some excerpts below.

"It's a little bit more uptempo. There was a conscious effort that, 'We don't want to have too many slow songs,' you know? We wanted a little bit of an uptempo record. It's more faster and mid-tempo songs."

"I think it's coming from the live shows. When you're playing live shows you feel the energy of the crowd. It's the high-energy and midtempo songs that make the audience move and connect. You can drop your little ballads here and there, but we know what people like, and when we started everybody said, 'Yeah, we need more of those uptempo songs.'"
