Whitesnake: Doug Aldrich leaves the band

Doug Aldrich, after 11 years of career with Whitesnake guitarist , decided to leave the band. According to comments by David Coverdale would have done to pursue a solo career, but instead here is what he thinks Aldrich , not quite agree with David about the reason .

"Well, I think the news that I left Whitesnake is leaked ...
I planned and hoped that with David Coverdale would have issued a joint statement . There will be as soon as possible but it all happened so quickly that we are not ready .
First, I thank my big brother David for the times we spent together ! Many concerts , tours , projects, we have always inspired together and we have always encouraged each other.
Mainly I want to thank the fans of Whitesnake around the world . You have been so amazing for me and it was an honor to play with the band for you .
I love you guys and we'll see you again. Thank you so much to everyone for the support without end.
Also, I do not know how or where the information is popped the start of a solo career, but this is not true and I would like to refute these incorrect information.
At this time I have no intention to start a solo project :) Just do not do more of the Whitesnake / David Coverdale 's band .
I will inform you as soon as possible of what I want to do , but for the moment I really appreciate your support and hope to make a short statement with my brother David ."
