Former Paramore bassist Jeremy Davis accuses Hayley Williams of fraud

Former Paramore bassist Jeremy Davis recently sued the singer Hayley Williams.

According to Daily Mail, Davis claims that the band agreed to share authorship on each song from the band's 2013 self titled album. Despite that alleged agreement, Davis was only credited for one "throw away" song on the album.

Davis blasts Williams for publicly crediting him for his role in the band's massive hit "Aint It Fun" and leaving him out to dry behind the scenes.

The lawsuit says Davis 'suffered substantial monetary damages as a result of Defendants' unlawful conduct, including, but not limited to, being excluded from participating in income arising from royalties, licensing, and other monies generated from the musical compositions and sound recordings embodied on the album Paramore.
